The undersigned Franchisee hereby acknowledges and agrees that under the terms of the Franchise Agreement, All County Property Management Franchise Corp. ("All County") requires Franchisee to participate in All County's mandatory Reconciliation Assistance Program (the "Program"). The Program shall be administered by All County in compliance with All County's designated Operating Standards concerning the Program.

Franchisee acknowledges and agrees that during the Term of the Franchise Agreement, Franchisee must pay All County designated fees (each a "Reconciliation Assistance Program Fee") for Franchisee's participation in the Reconciliation Assistance Program.

Please sign and date this Receipt (with the date you received the Franchise Disclosure Document) and if you received it electronically via email, also: Open the attached Franchise Disclosure Document to verify that you can download it; then immediately Reply to All, with a cc to the email address listed on the cover page of this Franchise Disclosure Document, stating that you received and downloaded this Franchise Disclosure Document.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Reconciliation Assistance Program. This program is mandatory, and franchisees must pay designated fees for their participation throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement.

As part of this program, All County will reconcile the franchisee's designated accounts in accordance with their operating standards. Franchisees are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations related to recordkeeping of their property management accounts. All County has full access and administrator rights to any software or system specified under the program's operating standards and may use franchisee data for business purposes, including calculating royalties and analyzing the financial condition of the franchised business.

Additionally, franchisees must sign and date the Receipt for the Franchise Disclosure Document, acknowledging they received the document. If the document was received electronically, franchisees must reply to all recipients of the email, including a cc to the email address listed on the cover page of the FDD, confirming they received and downloaded the document. Franchisees must also print, sign, and date a copy of the Receipt and return it by mail to All County's headquarters.
