What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay an 'Ongoing Website Hosting and Maintenance Fee' to All County Property Management Franchise Corp., the franchisor. This fee covers the use and maintenance of All County's website and online systems. The fee is currently $65 per accounting period, which is defined as one calendar month. Therefore, the franchisee will pay $65 monthly for website hosting and maintenance.
All County may increase this fee during the term of the franchise agreement. However, they must provide franchisees with 30 days' prior written notice before any increase. Additionally, increases to the 'Ongoing Website Hosting and Maintenance Fee' cannot occur more than once in any 12 consecutive accounting periods.
