red real estate management software. The monthly Software License Fee presently is Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) for the first seat and Sixty Dollars ($60) for each additional seat. Also, you will pay us a one-time initial software setup fee per seat in the amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150). We may increase the Software License Fee periodically during the Term of the Agreement, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice from us to you, provided however that any such increase shall not occur more than one (1) time in any period of twelve (12) consecutive Accounting Periods. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay an ongoing website hosting and maintenance fee. This fee covers the use and maintenance of All County's website and online systems. Currently, the Ongoing Website Hosting and Maintenance Fee is $65 per Accounting Period. The FDD defines an 'Accounting Period' as one calendar month. Therefore, the current monthly fee is $65.
All County may increase this fee periodically during the term of the franchise agreement. However, they must provide franchisees with 30 days' prior written notice before any increase. Furthermore, increases to the Ongoing Website Hosting and Maintenance Fee cannot occur more than once in any 12 consecutive Accounting Periods.
The Ongoing Website Hosting and Maintenance Fee is payable at the same time and in the same manner as the Royalty fees. This means franchisees should expect to remit this payment monthly along with their royalty payments.
