What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Ongoing Website Hosting and Maintenance Fee is payable each accounting period. The FDD defines "Accounting Period" as one calendar month. Therefore, this fee is payable on a monthly basis.
The Ongoing Website Hosting and Maintenance Fee is currently $65 per accounting period. This fee covers the use and maintenance of All County's website and online systems. It's important to note that All County may increase this fee periodically during the term of the agreement. However, such increases cannot occur more than once in any 12 consecutive accounting periods, and All County must provide 30 days prior written notice before any increase.
Prospective franchisees should factor this monthly fee into their operating cost projections. While $65 may seem like a relatively small amount, it's a recurring expense that will impact the overall profitability of the All County franchise. Understanding the potential for periodic increases is also crucial for long-term financial planning.
