What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Software License Fee can be increased no more than once in any period of twelve consecutive Accounting Periods. An Accounting Period is defined as one calendar month. Therefore, All County can increase the Software License Fee no more than once per year.
The Software License Fee is paid each Accounting Period for the use of All County's required real estate management software. Currently, the monthly Software License Fee is $250 for the first seat and $60 for each additional seat. There is also a one-time initial software setup fee of $150 per seat.
All County must provide franchisees with thirty days prior written notice before increasing the Software License Fee. This advance notice allows franchisees time to adjust their budgets and business plans accordingly. Franchisees should factor in potential increases to this fee when projecting their operating expenses.
