What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the identity of approved suppliers and their specifications are updated periodically in writing. These updates are communicated to franchisees by modifying the relevant sections of the Operations Manual. All County sends these modified sections to franchisees through updates to their website, via United States mail, or through any other commercially reasonable means.
This means that as an All County franchisee, you should regularly check the Operations Manual for any changes to approved suppliers or specifications. It is crucial to stay informed about these updates because All County may terminate your franchise agreement if you purchase services and goods that do not meet their specifications or are not from approved suppliers. This requirement ensures consistency and quality across all All County franchises.
While the FDD specifies how All County communicates these updates, it does not define a specific timeframe (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) for how often these updates occur. Therefore, it is important for a prospective franchisee to clarify the typical frequency of these updates with All County during their due diligence process to understand the ongoing requirements for compliance.
