What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County may increase the Software License Fee periodically during the term of the agreement. However, All County must provide franchisees with thirty (30) days prior written notice before any such increase.
Furthermore, any increase to the Software License Fee cannot occur more than one time in any period of twelve consecutive Accounting Periods. According to the FDD, an Accounting Period means one calendar month. This means that All County can only increase the Software License Fee once per year.
The Software License Fee is paid in addition to the Royalty fee. The Software License Fee is for the use of All County's required real estate management software. The Software License Fee is paid in the same manner and at the same time as the Royalty.
