What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must submit several financial reports on a monthly basis. Specifically, All County requires franchisees to provide a profit and loss statement for the preceding calendar month, along with a year-to-date balance sheet. These monthly financial statements must be submitted by the fifth day after the end of each calendar month.
In addition to the monthly financial statements, All County franchisees are also required to submit sales records and revenue statements by the fifth day after the end of each calendar month. The sales records must include copies of all signed sales tax returns and signed withholding tax returns, along with copies of the canceled checks for the required sales taxes and withholding taxes. The revenue statements must include a report of the business's Gross Revenue and Maintenance Revenue for the preceding calendar month.
Furthermore, All County retains the right to request additional records, reports, and financial statements from franchisees to adequately represent their financial position. The franchisor may also require franchisees to use approved computer hardware and software to maintain the business's records and reports. Franchisees are also obligated to maintain reports, records, and financial statements as prescribed in the Operations Manual for their business.
