What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County can periodically modify its Methods of Operation. These modifications may accommodate regional or local variations as All County determines necessary.
These modifications to the Methods of Operation become provisions of the Franchise Agreement as if they were originally included. All County communicates these changes in writing or other tangible forms, such as updates to the Operations Manual. Franchisees are required to adhere to the uniform standards, methods, procedures, techniques, and specifications of the All County system.
It is important to note that these modifications may require franchisees to invest additional capital in their businesses or incur higher operating costs. This means that franchisees need to be prepared for potential financial implications resulting from changes implemented by All County. Franchisees must also offer for sale only the services and products authorized by All County in writing.
