What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County retains the right to modify the initial training program as they deem necessary. Franchisees are required to attend and successfully complete the initial training program to All County's satisfaction before beginning business operations. If All County determines that the Managing Owner is unable to complete the initial training satisfactorily, All County has the right to terminate the franchise agreement.
The initial training consists of four working days. The training location will be designated by All County, and the franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred by the Managing Owner and any other individuals attending the training. Additional individuals attending the initial training will be charged $300 per person.
In addition to the initial training, All County will provide two days of commencement assistance at the franchisee's territory within 60 days of opening, which is included in the initial franchise fee. However, if a current franchisee purchases an additional franchise at a reduced initial franchise fee, this commencement assistance is waived. Franchisees must also participate in all other activities required to operate the business.
