What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Minimum Gross Revenue Requirement is calculated based on consecutive 365-day periods, which effectively means it is evaluated annually.
Specifically, there is no minimum total Gross Revenue Requirement for the initial 365 days of the franchise agreement. However, for the subsequent 365-day period, a minimum of $150,000 in Gross Revenue is required. For each 365-day period thereafter during the term of the agreement, the minimum Gross Revenue Requirement increases to $250,000.
All County emphasizes that these revenue standards are the minimum performance levels expected of the franchisee and do not constitute a guarantee of results. Failure to meet these minimums can lead to consequences such as rendering the territory non-exclusive or even termination of the franchise agreement. However, All County does allow a cure for the first failure to meet the requirement by paying the Royalty Fee and Advertising Fund contribution and by making the local advertising expenditure required under this Agreement, all calculated with reference to the difference between the actual Gross Revenue of the Business for the specified period and the amount of the Requirement for that period. A second failure to attain the specified Requirement will result in a default under this Agreement and All County may terminate this Agreement.
