Typically the initial training program is held once a month, depending on the need to train new franchisees. The initial training program will consist of 3 days of training for your owners you elect to enroll in the training program. Additional individuals decided upon by mutual approval will be charged $300 per person. We may increase or decrease the amount of time for training at any time. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial training program for owners consists of 3 days of training. This training is typically held in person at their designated training location in St. Petersburg, Florida, but All County may elect to provide the training virtually or remotely.
The Managing Owner must attend and successfully complete all pre-opening training within 90 days of signing the Franchise Agreement and before opening the franchise. Failure to complete the training to All County's satisfaction may result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement.
