What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, new franchisees receive two days of commencement assistance. This assistance is provided by a designated All County representative in the franchisee's territory and must occur within 60 days of the franchise opening for business. This commencement assistance is included as part of the initial franchise fee, meaning there is no additional cost to the franchisee for these two days of support.
However, the FDD stipulates that if a current All County franchisee purchases an additional franchise at a reduced initial franchise fee, they waive the right to this commencement assistance. This implies that the standard initial support is tied to the full initial investment typically made by new franchisees.
This commencement assistance can be a valuable benefit for new All County franchisees, providing on-site support during the critical initial phase of launching their business. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand the conditions under which this assistance is provided and to factor its value into their overall assessment of the franchise opportunity.
