What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, before opening an All County franchise, the Managing Owner, other owners, and employees must complete training to All County's satisfaction. This is a pre-opening requirement that must be met before the franchisee can begin operations.

All County also provides initial training on the operation and management of an All County business before the business begins operation. The franchisee is required to attend and successfully complete the initial training to All County's satisfaction. All County retains the right to change or modify the training as they deem necessary. If All County determines that the Managing Owner is unable to complete initial training to their satisfaction, they have the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement.

The initial training consists of four working days. The training location will be designated by All County, and the franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred by the Managing Owner and any other individuals attending the training. In addition to initial training, a designated representative from All County will provide two days of commencement assistance in the franchisee's territory within 60 days of opening, which is included in the initial franchise fee.
