What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for a standard franchise is not refundable. The standard franchise fee is $58,500. This means that once a prospective franchisee pays the initial franchise fee to All County, they will not receive a refund of this fee, regardless of whether they proceed with opening the franchise.
This non-refundable policy is a common practice in the franchise industry, as the franchisor incurs costs in evaluating and processing the franchise application, providing initial training and support, and reserving a territory for the franchisee. Prospective All County franchisees should carefully consider this non-refundable aspect before signing the Franchise Agreement and paying the initial fee.
All County does offer discounts on the standard franchise fee in certain situations. A $3,000 discount is available to U.S. military veterans who have retired within the past 10 years or who have served for at least 4 years and been honorably discharged within the past 5 years. Additionally, existing franchisees who purchase a subsequent franchise may receive a $5,000 discount if they voluntarily waive the Commencement Assistance training requirement. However, these discounts do not alter the non-refundable nature of the initial franchise fee itself.
