What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for an E-2 Investor Visa Franchise is $85,000. This fee is a lump sum that must be paid when the franchisee signs the Franchise Agreement. The FDD specifies that this fee is non-refundable.

In addition to the initial franchise fee, an E-2 Investor Visa franchisee must also pay $36,000 for an initial marketing campaign conducted by All County within the first 12 months of operation. They must also pay $3,000 for a 12-month license for the Rent Manager® real estate management software. These additional fees are also paid when signing the Franchise Agreement.

However, the $36,000 marketing expense and the $3,000 software payment are refundable if the franchisee's E-2 Investor Visa application is denied by the U.S. government before they begin operating the All County franchise. This provides some financial protection for franchisees whose visa applications are not approved. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider these fees and the conditions for their refund when evaluating the E-2 Investor Visa Franchise option.
