What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if All County requires additional or special training for a franchisee's employees, the franchisee is responsible for all associated expenses. This includes per diem charges, travel, and living expenses incurred by All County personnel in connection with the training.

This means that as an All County franchisee, you should budget for potential additional training costs for your employees beyond the initial training. These costs can include fees charged by All County for the training itself, as well as covering the travel and accommodation expenses for the All County trainers. This is a potentially significant expense that franchisees need to consider.

Franchisors commonly require franchisees and their employees to undergo initial and ongoing training to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to brand standards. However, the allocation of costs for additional or special training can vary. Some franchisors may absorb these costs as part of their ongoing support, while others, like All County, pass them on to the franchisee. Therefore, it is important to clarify the scope and frequency of required additional training and the associated costs to factor them into your financial projections.
