What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County does not currently use any public figure to promote its franchises or services. However, All County may elect to use a public figure to promote the franchise or services in the future. The FDD does not specify how All County will notify franchisees if they decide to use a public figure.
While the FDD does not explicitly state how All County will inform franchisees about the use of a public figure, it is reasonable to assume that such information would be communicated through established channels. These channels could include updates through the Operations Manual, direct communication from the franchisor, or announcements made during regional or national meetings. Franchisees are generally required to adhere to All County's operating procedures, so any marketing changes would likely be communicated effectively.
Prospective franchisees should inquire with All County about their communication methods regarding marketing and advertising initiatives, including the use of public figures. Understanding how All County disseminates important information will help franchisees stay informed and aligned with the brand's strategies. It is also important to clarify whether franchisees will have any input or influence on the selection of public figures or the marketing campaigns in which they are involved.
In summary, while the FDD confirms All County's right to use public figures in the future, it lacks specific details on how franchisees will be informed of such decisions. Therefore, prospective franchisees should seek additional clarification from All County to ensure they are well-informed and prepared to support any future marketing strategies involving public figures.
