What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must submit all advertising, promotional, and marketing materials to All County for approval before use. All County will then approve or disapprove the materials within 15 days of receipt. The FDD does not state the consequences of using unapproved advertising materials.
It is standard practice in franchising for franchisors to maintain control over brand messaging and marketing to ensure consistency and protect the brand's image. The requirement for franchisees to submit advertising materials for approval is a common mechanism for enforcing these standards.
Since the FDD does not specify the repercussions for using unapproved advertising, prospective All County franchisees should ask the franchisor about the specific penalties or corrective actions that may be taken if a franchisee violates this policy. Understanding the potential consequences will help franchisees ensure they remain compliant with All County's advertising requirements.
