12.2.3. Services and Products. Our Methods of Operation may regulate the required or authorized services and ancillary product categories (the sale of merchandise other than ALL COUNTY® merchandise, without our express written approval, is a material breach of the terms of the Agreement).

Our Methods of Operation may regulate the designated or approved suppliers (which may be limited to or include us) of fixtures, furnishings, equipment, services, signs, products, materials and supplies (the use of suppliers other than us, our subsidiaries or affiliates, or our other approved suppliers, without our express written approval, is a material breach of the terms of this Agreement).
