What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee fails to make payments of any amounts due to All County, they have a seven-day period after receiving written notice to correct the failure. If the franchisee does not correct the failure within this seven-day period, it could lead to further action from the franchisor.

Additionally, the FDD states that any required payment or report which All County does not actually receive during regular business hours on the date due (or postmarked by postal authorities at least two (2) days prior thereto) will be deemed delinquent. This highlights the importance of ensuring payments are sent with sufficient time for delivery and processing by All County.

Failure to pay when due any federal or state income, service, sales, employment related or other taxes due on the operations of the Business, unless you are, in good faith, legally contesting your liability for such taxes can also result in termination of the franchise agreement.
