We may administer an Advertising Fund, using it to prepare and produce advertising, public relations, market research and promotional programs in media we select, potentially including print, radio, television, or internet, including the ALL COUNTY® website. This may be done in house or through outside vendors. The advertising and marketing efforts may be national, regional or local. There is no guarantee that these efforts will be effective in your geographic area or that any given advertising campaign will be run in your area.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County does not guarantee that any specific advertising campaign will run in a franchisee's area. All County may administer an Advertising Fund to prepare advertising, public relations, market research, and promotional programs through various media. These advertising and marketing efforts may be national, regional, or local.
This means that while All County engages in advertising and marketing, franchisees should not expect that specific campaigns will target their particular geographic area. The effectiveness of advertising efforts in a franchisee's area is not guaranteed. Franchisees are required to contribute to the Advertising Fund, with the monthly Advertising Fund Fee being the greater of 1% of Gross Revenue or $195. All franchisees contribute at the same percentage rate.
For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, All County spent 26% of the collected Advertising Fund monies on website development services, 51.8% on client retention, and 22.2% on marketing and public relations. Franchisees should be aware that the fees contributed to the Advertising Fund are not held in a trust or fiduciary relationship and that All County is not obligated to refund any unspent contributions if the Franchise Agreement is terminated or expires. Franchisees are also required to spend a minimum of $3,000 initially and $1,500 monthly on local advertising and promotion.
