What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee's 'Territory' is defined as the geographical location described in Appendix B of the Franchise Agreement, where the franchisee is authorized to operate their All County business. While franchisees have exclusivity in that no other All County business office will be physically located in their territory, this exclusivity is limited. Another All County business is not authorized to conduct grass-roots marketing efforts in the franchisee's territory, which includes direct mail campaigns or physically visiting real estate offices or other businesses for soliciting referrals.

However, All County retains significant rights to operate and market within the franchisee's territory. All County can restrict franchisees from advertising or marketing through mediums distributed outside their territory. All County or other franchisees may provide services to customer accounts located inside the franchisee's territory without any compensation to the franchisee. The franchisee may not provide services to any customer account located more than 50 miles from their Location, without All County's prior written permission.

Furthermore, All County, its affiliates, and other franchisees can sell services and ancillary products inside or outside the territory through other distribution channels, including internet advertising or published materials. All County can also engage in national and regional account relationships, even if those accounts have offices inside the franchisee's territory. All County also retains the right to operate or grant others the right to operate competitive businesses within the franchisee's territory, regardless of whether they use the All County marks or system.
