What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must participate in all activities required to operate the business. Specifically, before beginning operations, franchisees are required to attend and successfully complete the initial training program to All County's satisfaction. All County retains the right to modify the training as deemed necessary and may terminate the Franchise Agreement if the Managing Owner cannot complete the initial training satisfactorily.

Prior to opening the business, franchisees must also comply with pre-opening requirements outlined in the Operations Manual and other prescribed guidelines. Franchisees must not open the business until All County approves the location, the Managing Owner and other personnel complete training, a copy of the lease is provided (if applicable), all due payments are made, required agreements and insurance policies are furnished, and all necessary permits, licenses, and certifications are obtained.

After satisfying initial training and pre-opening requirements, franchisees must maintain and operate the business according to the Franchise Agreement and the standards in the Operations Manual. This includes submitting reports, records, and financial statements, as well as allowing on-site inspections. All County may provide further direction and guidance through written materials, telephone consultations, or additional training based on the information received and reviewed.
