The Receipts to be signed by all prospective franchisees are attached in duplicate at the very end of this Franchise Disclosure Document in Exhibit I. You will sign and date one copy and give it to us at the time we present it to you. Your copy of the receipt is attached at the end of this Franchise Disclosure Document.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, prospective franchisees must sign and date one copy of the Receipts attached in duplicate as Exhibit I and give it to All County when it is presented. The franchisee's copy of the receipt is also attached at the end of the Franchise Disclosure Document.
By signing the receipt, the franchisee acknowledges that they have read the Franchise Agreement and the Franchise Disclosure Document. They also acknowledge that they understand and accept the terms, conditions, and covenants within the agreement, recognizing them as reasonably necessary to maintain All County's quality standards and uniformity across all businesses.
Furthermore, the franchisee acknowledges that they have independently investigated the All County business opportunity and understand the risks involved. They also understand that their own business abilities and efforts are crucial for the venture's success. All County also advises that the franchisee seek franchise counsel to review and evaluate the Franchise Agreement.
