What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for all taxes associated with their business operations. All County explicitly states it has no liability for any sales, use, service, occupation, excise, employment related, gross receipts, income, property, or other taxes levied upon the franchisee or the business. The only exception is taxes that All County is legally required to collect from the franchisee related to purchases from All County itself.

This means that as an All County franchisee, you are responsible for understanding and paying all applicable taxes related to your business. This includes sales tax on services, income tax on profits, and any other relevant local, state, or federal taxes. Failing to comply with these tax obligations could result in penalties, fines, or legal issues.

Franchisees should consult with a tax professional to ensure they understand their tax obligations and are compliant with all applicable laws. This is a standard practice in franchising, as franchisees are typically independent business owners responsible for their own financial and legal compliance.
