What is the All County franchisee's obligation regarding licenses and permits at the closing of the purchase?

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses required to operate the business. Prior to opening, the franchisee must furnish All County with copies of all required agreements, permits, licenses, and certifications for operating the business, ensuring the location complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
