What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, it is the franchisee's responsibility to find a location to operate the business within their designated territory. The franchisee must submit a proposed location for All County's approval, and must operate the business from an approved location within ninety (90) days of the Franchise Agreement's effective date, unless a written extension is provided by All County.
All County retains the right to approve the terms of any lease, sublease, or purchase contract for the location, and the franchisee must provide a copy for approval before signing. However, All County's approval does not constitute a warranty or representation regarding the fairness, suitability, or the franchisee's ability to comply with the terms. All County assumes no liability or responsibility to the franchisee or any third parties by approving the lease. The franchisee is advised to seek legal counsel to review and evaluate the lease and must deliver a copy of the fully signed lease, sublease, or purchase contract to All County within fifteen (15) days after its execution.
The franchisee's location must be within their designated territory, as outlined in Appendix B of the Franchise Agreement. While the franchisee has exclusivity in their territory, it is limited to preventing other All County business offices from being physically located there and restricting other All County businesses from conducting grass-roots marketing efforts, such as direct mail campaigns or physically visiting real estate offices. All County may restrict the franchisee from advertising or marketing outside their territory and may provide services to customer accounts within the franchisee's territory without compensation to the franchisee. Additionally, other All County businesses can manage properties and market them within the franchisee's territory.
