What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 All County Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are restricted in how they use the brand's trademarks. All County franchisees cannot use the Marks as part of any corporate or legal business name, Internet domain name, or email address.

Furthermore, franchisees are prohibited from using the Marks with any prefix, suffix, or other modifying words, terms, designs, or symbols, except for logos that All County has licensed to them. They also cannot use the Marks in any modified form. This restriction extends to using the Marks in connection with any services or products that have not been expressly authorized in writing by All County.

These limitations ensure that the All County brand maintains a consistent image and that franchisees do not create confusion by implying an endorsement of unauthorized services or products. Franchisees must adhere to these guidelines to remain in compliance with the franchise agreement and protect the integrity of the All County brand.
