- 14.5. Limitations on Use of Marks. You may not use any Marks as part of any corporate or legal business name or Internet domain name or Internet e-mail address or with any prefix, suffix or other modifying words, terms, designs or symbols (other than logos licensed to you hereunder), or in any modified form, nor may you use any Marks in connection with the performance or sale of any unauthorized services or products or in any other manner we have not expressly authorized in writing.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly restricted from using All County's trademarks (the "Marks") as part of their internet domain name or email address. This limitation on the use of All County's Marks extends to any corporate or legal business name as well. Franchisees cannot use the Marks with any prefix, suffix, or other modifying words, terms, designs, or symbols, except for logos that are specifically licensed to them.
