What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are explicitly restricted from using All County's trademarks (the "Marks") as part of their internet domain name or email address. This restriction is in place to protect the uniformity and brand identity of the All County franchise system.

This limitation on the use of All County's Marks extends to any corporate or legal business name as well. Franchisees cannot use the Marks with any prefix, suffix, or other modifying words, terms, designs, or symbols, except for logos that are specifically licensed to them. Additionally, the Marks cannot be used in any modified form or in connection with unauthorized services or products, or in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by All County.

This policy ensures that All County maintains control over its brand and prevents franchisees from creating confusion in the marketplace. It also allows All County to manage its online presence and direct customers to the appropriate channels. Franchisees must adhere to these guidelines to remain in compliance with the franchise agreement and protect the integrity of the All County brand.
