What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 All County Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to pay Reconciliation Assistance Program Fees during any period they participate in the program. The franchisee must pay All County designated fees, referred to as "Reconciliation Assistance Program Fee," for participating in the Reconciliation Assistance Program throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement.
All County will perform reconciliations of the franchisee's designated accounts in compliance with All County's Operating Standards concerning the Program. If a franchisee uses a debit card instead of a credit card for business expenses, or fails to correctly enter required information into any accounting software or system specified by All County, the franchisee will pay All County an additional "Hourly Fee" to rectify these issues or perform other necessary services.
All County may periodically increase the Hourly Fee and Reconciliation Assistance Program Fees, provided they give the franchisee prior written notice. All County has the right, but not the obligation, to enter applicable data relating to the Franchised Business into any software or system specified by All County under the Operating Standards of the Program on the franchisee's behalf. Franchisees are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations relating to the recordkeeping of all their property management accounts.
