What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, to receive the annual compiled statement of monies collected and costs incurred by the Advertising Fund, a franchisee must submit a written request to All County.

The Advertising Fund is used for advertising, marketing, and promotional activities to promote All County businesses. All County directs and controls the programs financed by the Advertising Fund, including the creative concepts, materials, endorsements, market placement, and media allocation. All County may conduct the marketing and advertising themselves or outsource it to an agency.

The Advertising Fund will be accounted for separately from All County's other funds and will not be used to cover general operating expenses, except for reasonable salaries, administrative costs, travel expenses, and overhead related to administering the Advertising Fund and its programs. This includes market research, preparing advertising materials, and collecting and accounting for Advertising Fund contributions. All interest earned on the Advertising Fund monies will be used to pay advertising costs before using other assets of the fund.

All County may spend more or less than the aggregate contributions to the Advertising Fund in any fiscal year and may borrow or invest to cover deficits or surpluses. All County does not guarantee that expenditures in any area will be proportional to contributions from All County businesses in that area, nor that any All County business will directly benefit in proportion to their Ad Fees paid.
