What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be required to provide services to National Accounts within their territory. All County may enter into agreements with regional or national businesses, referred to as "National Accounts," to provide services to customers at specific locations. These locations may include those within a franchisee's designated territory.
All County identifies and designates these National Accounts in its Operations Manual, which is subject to change. The agreement specifies that All County can add or remove National Accounts at its discretion during the term of the agreement.
This means that while an All County franchisee is granted a specific territory, they may be required to service National Accounts within that territory as determined by All County. The franchisee should review the Operations Manual for the current list of National Accounts and understand that this list can change, potentially impacting their service obligations and revenue streams.
