What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are prohibited from unreasonably interfering with the operations of other All County businesses, whether those businesses are operating inside or outside of the franchisee's designated territory. This restriction is in place to maintain the integrity of the All County brand and ensure a consistent level of service across all locations.

This means that an All County franchisee cannot take actions that would negatively impact another franchisee's ability to conduct business or serve their customers. This includes, but is not limited to, poaching employees, making disparaging remarks about other franchisees, or engaging in marketing activities that directly target another franchisee's customer base. The FDD emphasizes that All County has the right to establish franchises anywhere outside of a franchisee's territory, so respecting these boundaries is crucial.

This policy protects each All County franchisee by preventing other franchisees from undermining their business. It fosters a collaborative environment within the All County franchise system, as franchisees are expected to support each other's success rather than compete unfairly. Prospective franchisees should carefully consider this obligation and ensure they are prepared to operate in a manner that respects the rights and interests of their fellow All County franchisees.
