What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally required to operate their All County business for the entire calendar year. Specifically, the FDD states that the business must operate the entire calendar year as required by All County's Methods of Operation, ensuring consistent service availability. However, this requirement can be waived if All County provides written approval for an exception.
This requirement ensures that All County franchisees provide continuous service to their clients, which is crucial in the property management industry where needs can arise at any time. By maintaining year-round operations, franchisees can build trust and reliability with property owners and tenants, enhancing the brand's reputation.
However, the FDD also stipulates that the business must be managed at all times by the Managing Owner or an owner or employee approved in writing by All County. This ensures that even during periods when the Managing Owner is unavailable, the business continues to operate under approved management, maintaining the quality and consistency of service expected by All County.
