What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Appendix B to the franchise agreement pertains to the authorized business location and territory granted to the franchisee. It specifies the approved location's business address. If a location isn't approved when the agreement is signed, Appendix B will be updated once All County designates and approves a location.

Appendix B also defines the franchisee's territory, which will contain a population of less than 250,000. The territory is identified by counties, political subdivisions, or Zip Code boundaries. The boundaries are fixed as they exist on the date of the agreement, as shown in the map in Appendix B-1. Any later changes to these boundaries will not alter the franchisee's territory.

For a prospective All County franchisee, Appendix B is crucial because it defines the physical space from which they will operate and the geographic area where they have the right to conduct business. The franchisee needs to ensure that the territory defined in Appendix B meets their business expectations and goals, as future boundary changes will not affect their territory. If a location is not yet defined, the franchisee should understand the process and criteria All County uses for location approval.
