What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement questionnaire includes a section where the franchisee confirms they have received and personally reviewed the Disclosure Document. The questionnaire asks the prospective franchisee to confirm whether they have received and personally reviewed the Disclosure Document provided to them, answering either "Yes" or "No".
Additionally, the questionnaire asks if the franchisee understands all of the information contained within the Disclosure Document, again with a "Yes" or "No" response. If the franchisee answers "No", they are prompted to specify which parts of the Disclosure Document they do not understand, with space provided to attach additional pages if necessary.
This confirmation is a standard practice in franchising, ensuring that franchisees acknowledge they have been given the opportunity to review the FDD and understand its contents before signing the franchise agreement. This helps protect both the franchisor and franchisee by documenting that the franchisee was informed about the franchise opportunity.
