What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Appendix A, which pertains to franchise ownership, can be found on page 43 of the Franchise Agreement. The table of contents in Item 23 lists all appendices included in the agreement.

Specifically, if the franchisee is a corporation, limited liability company, or partnership, the organizational documents or partnership agreement must state that the issuance and transfer of any ownership interests are restricted by the terms of the Franchise Agreement. All certificates and other documents representing ownership interests must also bear a legend referring to these restrictions.

Furthermore, Appendix A to the All County Franchise Agreement must completely and accurately describe all of the franchisee's owners and their respective interests in the business. Each owner, at any time during the term of the agreement, is required to execute an agreement, as prescribed by All County (see Appendix C), to be bound jointly and severally by all provisions of the agreement and any ancillary agreements between the franchisee and All County.
