What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit several financial reports on a monthly basis. Specifically, by the fifth day of each month, an All County franchisee must provide copies of all signed sales tax returns and signed withholding tax returns for the business, along with copies of the canceled checks for the required sales and withholding taxes.
In addition to tax-related documents, All County franchisees must also submit a report of the business's Gross Revenue and Maintenance Revenue for the preceding calendar month by the fifth day of each month. This provides All County with a clear picture of the revenue streams generated by each franchise location.
Furthermore, franchisees are obligated to provide a profit and loss statement for the business for the preceding calendar month and a year-to-date balance sheet, also by the fifth day of each month. This comprehensive reporting requirement ensures that All County has access to detailed financial information, allowing them to monitor the financial health and performance of each franchise and offer guidance or support as needed. These requirements are typical in the franchise industry, allowing the franchisor to maintain brand consistency and financial oversight.
