What expenses can All County incur related to the administration of the Advertising Fund?

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Advertising Fund is maintained separately from All County's other funds. All County can use the advertising fund to cover reasonable expenses related to administering and operating the Advertising Fund and its programs. These expenses can include reasonable salaries, administrative costs, travel expenses, and overhead.

Specifically, these expenses may cover conducting market research, preparing advertising, promotion and marketing materials, and collecting and accounting for contributions to the Advertising Fund. All County retains control over the programs financed by the Advertising Fund, including creative concepts, materials, endorsements, geographic markets, and media placement.

This means that while franchisees contribute to the Advertising Fund, All County has discretion over how the funds are spent, subject to the limitations described. Franchisees should be aware that expenditures may not be proportionate to contributions from their specific geographic area, and there is no guarantee that a franchisee will directly benefit in proportion to their Ad Fees paid. However, All County will furnish franchisees with samples of advertising and marketing materials at no additional cost when deemed appropriate, with multiple copies available at All County's direct cost plus shipping, handling, and storage.
