Training
Pre-Opening (Franchise Agreement Article 10.1.). Pre-opening training will consist of both required pre-opening training and related on-the-job activities at your location that may be provided virtually or remotely, as well as an initial training program which typically will be held in-person at our designated training location, currently in St. Petersburg, Florida. Pre-opening training at your location will consist of both classroom and on-the-job activities that you will need to perform pursuant to our guidance in order to open the Franchised Business. We may elect to provide your initial training program virtually or remotely, in our sole business judgment.
Training is held during specified times of the year. Typically the initial training program is held once a month, depending on the need to train new franchisees. The initial training program will consist of 3 days of training for your owners you elect to enroll in the training program. Additional individuals decided upon by mutual approval will be charged $300 per person. We may increase or decrease the amount of time for training at any time. Your Managing Owner must attend and successfully complete all pre-opening training within 90 days of signing your Franchise Agreement and prior to the opening of your Franchise. According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County may elect to provide the initial training program virtually or remotely, based on their sole business judgment. The pre-opening training consists of required pre-opening training and related on-the-job activities at the franchisee's location that may be provided virtually or remotely. The initial training program is typically held in person at All County's designated training location, which is currently in St. Petersburg, Florida.
