What documentation related to the location lease must an All County franchisee provide before opening?

at such times and locations that we designate, and we may charge reasonable fees for such courses. Your Managing Owner or on-premises manager must attend our Annual Conference, and we may charge you our reasonable fees for any individual to attend the Annual Conference.

  • 10.3. Supplementary Training. After the commencement of your Business operations, if you have additional employees that require training from us we may charge you a fee for this training.
  • 10.4. Training Assistance. We may ask you to provide training or assistance to other ALL COUNTY® franchisees. You agree to give us reasonable assistance with such training. We agree to reimburse you for your reasonable costs and expenses in providing such assistance.

11. PRE – OPENING REQUIREMENTS.

Prior to opening the Business you must comply with the pre-opening requirements set forth in the "Operations Manual" and other guidelines that we prescribe. You agree not to open the Business until:

  • 11.1. We approve the Location as developed in accordance with our specifications and standards;
  • 11.2. Your Managing Owner and your owners or employees have completed training to our satisfaction;
  • 11.3. You have given us a copy of your lease for the Location, if applicable;
  • 11.4. The initial franchise fee and all other amounts then due to us have been paid;
  • 11.5. We have been furnished with copies of all agreements and insurance policies required by this Agreement, or such other evidence of insurance coverage and payment of premiums as we request or accept; and
  • 11.6. You have obtained and we have been furnished with copies of all required agreements and permits, licenses, and certifications for operating the Business and the Location is in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations.

12. OPERATION REQUIREMENTS.

After you have satisfied the Initial Training and pre-opening requirements set forth in the "Operations Manual" and have received our written approval you may begin operation of the Business. You must maintain and operate the Business in accordance with this Agreement and the terms and standards contained in the Operations Manual.

12.1. Operations Manual. For the operation of your Business we will provide you with electronic access to our Operations Manual. The Operations Manual contains the mandatory and suggested specifications, standards, operating procedures and rules that we prescribe for the operation of the Business.

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if applicable, a franchisee must provide a copy of the location lease before opening their business. Additionally, All County has the right to approve the terms of any lease, sublease, or purchase contract for the location. The franchisee must deliver a copy of the fully signed lease, sublease, or purchase contract to All County within fifteen days after its execution.

It is the franchisee's responsibility to find a location within their territory to operate the All County business. The franchisee must submit a proposed location for approval according to All County's procedures. The franchisee must operate the business from an approved location within 90 days of the Franchise Agreement's effective date, unless All County provides written approval for an extension.

All County's approval of the lease, sublease, or purchase contract does not constitute a warranty or representation of any kind regarding its fairness, suitability, or the franchisee's ability to comply with its terms. All County does not assume any liability or responsibility to the franchisee or any third parties by approving the lease, sublease, or purchase contract.
