You acknowledge that any information you acquired from other ALL COUNTY® franchisees relating to their sales, profits or cash flows does not constitute information obtained from us, nor do we make any representation as to the accuracy of any such information. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County does not take responsibility for the accuracy of information a prospective franchisee obtains from existing All County franchisees. The FDD states that any information regarding sales, profits, or cash flows that a potential franchisee receives from other franchisees is not considered information provided by All County.
This disclaimer means that All County is not vouching for the reliability of any financial or operational data shared between franchisees.
