What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, All County will not deliver or install any equipment, signs, fixtures, and supplies for franchisees. However, All County will provide indirect assistance to franchisees in obtaining these items.

Specifically, All County will provide a written list of items needed to operate the franchise business, written specifications for any required items, and a written list identifying approved suppliers for equipment, signs, fixtures, or supplies. This means franchisees are responsible for sourcing and installing these items themselves, but All County offers guidance by specifying what's needed and suggesting approved vendors.

This arrangement is fairly typical in franchising, where franchisees often bear the responsibility for procuring and setting up their locations. While All County doesn't handle the delivery and installation directly, the provision of lists and specifications helps ensure brand consistency and operational standards are met. Prospective franchisees should factor in the time and cost associated with independently sourcing and installing these items when evaluating the overall investment.
