What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Software License Fee is defined as the fee paid to All County for the use of their required real estate management software. This fee is in addition to the Royalty fee. The Software License Fee is paid each Accounting Period, which is one calendar month, during the Term of the Agreement.
The FDD states that the monthly Software License Fee is currently $250 for the first seat and $60 for each additional seat. In addition to the monthly fee, franchisees will also pay a one-time initial software setup fee of $150 per seat.
All County may increase the Software License Fee periodically during the Term of the Agreement. However, they must provide franchisees with thirty days prior written notice before any such increase. Additionally, these increases cannot occur more than once in any period of twelve consecutive Accounting Periods. The Software License Fee is payable at the same time and in the same manner as the Royalty fee.
