According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Ongoing Website Hosting and Maintenance Fee' is defined as the monthly fee a franchisee pays to All County for continued access to their website and online systems.

This fee is in addition to the royalty fee that franchisees are required to pay. Currently, the Ongoing Website Hosting and Maintenance Fee is $65 per accounting period, which is one calendar month.

All County retains the right to increase this fee during the term of the franchise agreement. However, they must provide franchisees with 30 days' prior written notice before any increase.
