According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Maintenance Revenue is specifically defined to include revenue derived from preventative maintenance services. This definition is important because All County franchisees must pay a Maintenance Revenue Fee, calculated as a percentage of their Maintenance Revenue, to the franchisor.
The FDD states that Maintenance Revenue includes revenue from "repairs and maintenance services to real property or equipment, including but not limited to painting, lawn care, preventative maintenance, cleaning, plumbing, and general repairs to real property or equipment." This broad definition means that franchisees must track and report all income from these listed services, including preventative maintenance, to accurately calculate their Maintenance Revenue Fee.
The Maintenance Revenue Fee is set at three percent (3%) of Maintenance Revenue. Therefore, if an All County franchisee generates revenue from preventative maintenance services, that revenue is subject to the 3% fee, payable monthly.
