According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, you must sign and date the receipt with the date you received the Franchise Disclosure Document. If you received the document electronically, you must also open the attached document to verify that you can download it. Then, you must immediately reply to all, with a cc to the email address listed on the cover page of the Franchise Disclosure Document, stating that you received and downloaded the document.
In addition to the electronic confirmation, you must also print, sign, and date a copy of the receipt with the date you received the Franchise Disclosure Document. This signed receipt must be returned by mail to All County Property Management Franchise Corp. at the address provided: 1700 66th St N, #402, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710.
It is important to comply with these requirements to acknowledge receipt of the Franchise Disclosure Document. Federal and state laws require All County to provide the Franchise Disclosure Document to you 14 calendar days (or in some states like New York and Michigan, 10 business days) before you sign a binding agreement or make a payment to All County.
