What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a monthly Software License Fee for the use of the required real estate management software. The current monthly fee is $250 for the first seat and $60 for each additional seat. Franchisees also pay a one-time initial software setup fee of $150 per seat.
This fee is payable in the same manner and at the same time as the royalty fees. All County may increase the Software License Fee periodically during the term of the agreement. However, such increases cannot occur more than once in any 12 consecutive accounting periods, and franchisees must receive 30 days prior written notice of any increase.
For a prospective All County franchisee, this means budgeting not only for the initial franchise fee and other startup costs but also for ongoing technology expenses. The software license fee is a recurring monthly cost that will impact profitability. It is important to note that All County retains the right to increase this fee (with notice), which could further affect the franchisee's financial planning.
