What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to All County's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee violates any health, safety, sanitation, or other applicable law, ordinance, or regulation, they must immediately begin to correct the noncompliance or violation.

The franchisee has a cure period of only 24 hours after written notice is delivered to them to fully correct the issue. This is a very short cure period compared to other types of violations.

This requirement places a significant responsibility on All County franchisees to maintain strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to do so within the short 24-hour cure period could result in further action from All County.
